The Role:  We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our Central Cluster Team on a Fixed term 6 months contract. This is a part time role to provide home care for our clients in the Perth CBD suburbs and surroundings.  You will deliver a range of different services based on the clients' individual care plans.  We can help you build an exciting career with an organisation that recognises, trains, supports and rewards you for what you love to do. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Household domestic assistance
  • Meal preparation
  • Companionship and shopping
  • Transport to Doctor and other appointments


  • Caring for the aged passion and good active listening skills
  • Cert III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Care (desirable)
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Flexible availability including mornings Monday-Friday
  • Roadworthy, clean, insured vehicle
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • National Police Certificate (or willingness to get one)
